Our thoughts on Yelp

Review sites like Yelp have done wonders at making “word of mouth” more powerful than ever. As a small business owner there is no better feeling than reading a positive review proving that all our efforts have paid off. I’m a firm believer in reviews and use them in my own daily life to make decisions and whom to patronize. But do reviews actually tell the entire story?

In a business such as ours, we have many staff members who have contact with patients. Each one of these members is trained on customer service protocols but at the end of the day we are human and often make mistakes. Unfortunately these failed circumstances end up falsely representing who we are.

Patients of Novopelle, I implore you that if you go through a negative experience please allow us to make it right before hastily posting a negative review. Please ask to be put in contact with management and give us a chance to show you why we created the Novopelle brand.
